Everyone needs a plan, but not every plan works for you! This challenge will coach you to build your own plan. Learn how to listen to your body, do exercises that work for you and build habits that are long lasting.

Gain access to a network of other ladies working on the same goals as you. A private Facebook group just for challenge members dedicated to supporting you on your journey.
